:icondarcsyde001: had a commission special this week and I couldn't pass it up. Here before you is the Predator, Cygnaran Heavy Warjack in my Warmachine novel The Sword of Morrow [link]

The Predator is a Heavy Warjack for use by the Cygnar army. It has been met with mixed reaction because it is armed with a highly unlikely weapon, a Magelock Cannon. Those who have read the story have enjoyed this idea. Those that haven't don't seem to care for the Warjack as it pushes a few things to the limits within the rule system of the Privateer Press games without breaking the envelope.

Well, considering that one of their newer figures can pretty much add the 'Mage lock' ability to any cannon on any Cygnaran Jack now...

Really? Which Figure is that?! I tell you what I've gotten beat up for all these ideas and now PP is starting to have the same ones. Think any of it will vindicate my writing? Probably not, but hear me roar anyway :lol:

yeah :icondarcsyde001: really knocked it out of the park on the two he did for me. I'm really surprised more people didn't sweep up on his deal. Because the ones he did for me are fantastic.

Um, the Gun Mage Captain, I think. The figure came out in the same book as the "Black 13th" Trio of Gun Mages. This guy is meant to lead normal Gun Mages and they gave him the ability to both 'Jack Marshal AND make the round coming out of the 'Jacks cannon accept Gun Mage spell effects. All without damaging the canon of the' 'Jack, mind you.

Well, some responders to your thread are being helpful/positive though most are simply showing their 'trollish-ness' through and through. :)

You mean the one over in the 'Crow's Nest'? Yeah, but that's OK. I got it off my chest. I know not everyone is going to like my story, and I know everyone doesn't like fan fiction. The distaste is not completely uncalled for. I just wish people would read the story if they are going to judge the story. If you haven't read it don't form an opinion because you don't know what you're talking about. People want to get spun up, that's their prerogative.
