Well as many of you know I have been involved in getting my own hero of the ground in his own comic. I'm happy to report that as of today all pages for the first issue of TURBULENCE have now been drawn by the remarkable . Now the process begins of getting the pages inked and color begin. Soon afterward to be followed by speech and thought. But this first step is excellent. In fact, I'm happy to report it is the first of the X-Comikz book to be fully drawn.

Heaping on more good news that I finally have two more of my characters coming into the comic world with the designs of Phade and Siphon. Both of which will hopefully be seen in further issues of the comic.

Now what's coming up ahead...

A Contest

Many of you have seen my poll about a contest prize. Well here is the upcoming contest. I will be holding a contest for colored picture of at least one of my characters vs. any other character(s) in the X-Comikz repertoire [link]
I plan to start the contest on June 1. By that point I plan to have colored versions of both Phade and Spihon up. And any medium is good; be it hand drawn or completely CG.

Now winner will be decided in two parts. The first part involves all of us at X-Comikz looking over every entry and deciding which we feel is best.


The second part will be a public poll here on Deviant Art which will count as one vote amongst the X-Comikz crew.

Now as I said, I'm looking to start the contest 1 June and it will be ending 15 July. Now the prizes have been determined by the poll I held: 1rst Place = $75, 2nd Place = $50, 3rd Place = $25.

So be on the look out for it!
